Alex got his first chance to get aboard the Astro Kawasaki Racing’s ZX6R on the 13th, in contrast to other teams who are testing in Europe.

Alex had an encouraging start to this years campaign when the British Super Bike Championship revved into action at Thruxton.

A bank holiday meeting; running over Sat / Sun / Mon, meant we had to arrive at Oulton Park on Friday evening, but it was 16.30 on Saturday before Alex took to track in Free practice.

It was business as usual as the British Super Bike Circus returned to Brands Hatch in Kent for the postponed round which had to be re-scheduled, due to an unseasonable snow fall on the original date.

Alex and the Astro Kawasaki team made their way to the 4th round of the British Super Bike Championship held at Donington Park on the 26th May.

Young motorcycle racer Alex Gault was touching speeds of 165 mph last weekend when Snetterton the circuit in Norfolk which is billed as one off the fastest in the country, hosted round 5 of the British Super Bike championship.

The British Super Bike Championship visited Oulton Park in Cheshire at the weekend and saw the young motorcycle racing star Alex Gault re-united with his former mechanic Geoff Coxon.

Round 10 of the National Championship took place as usual, alongside British Super Bikes at the Northampton Silverstone circuit, despite very little time on the track previous to this, the Astro Kawasaki rider Alex Gault put in a stunning performance.

Held in glorious weather with temperatures reaching 23 degrees on the Saturday it was the best weekend weather wise of the championship.
